Worker writes an entry
One sentence becomes report-ready data. If there is no connection on site, the entry is saved on the phone and synced later.

Management sees crew entries, checks quantities and sends the ready report to the general contractor. The company can also allow direct sending from workers.

The report arrives in the project workspace. After signing, the related entries are fixed in the jobsite history.
